SERVICE STATUS & SUPPORT

Let’s get you connected.

A server that won’t answer, a world that won’t load, or a connection that keeps dropping. Start here and we’ll help you narrow it down.

Need a current service update?

Contact support with your server or order reference so we can check the affected service.

BEFORE YOU HIT RESTART

Three quick things to check.

  1. Check the connection.

Make sure other sites or services load. If possible, try another network or ask another player whether they can connect.

  2. Check what changed.

Confirm the address, port, and game version. Note any update, plugin, firewall rule, or configuration change made just before the issue.

  3. Save the error.

Keep a short error message and the time it appeared. Avoid repeated restarts or reinstalling while you’re still working out the cause.
