Before you order
Tell us the game or application, whether you use mods, your expected workload, and any location or setup requirements. We can help narrow down the options.
About an existing server
Include your order reference, affected service, when the issue started, and any changes made just before it happened. A short error message is often more useful than a long description.
About a charge or refund
Send the order or invoice reference and the email used at checkout. For partner-store purchases, include that store’s order number. See our case-by-case refund process.
Keep private details private
Please don’t email passwords, complete card numbers, CVCs, access tokens, or full database exports. We’ll explain what information is needed for your particular request.
